How long does the free intro take?
It is a 60 minute class to ensure a proper intro, workout, and answer questions.
What should I bring?
Bring a bottle of water and come dressed for a workout.

Yes. There’s no cost and no pressure.
What happens after the intro?
If RSHP feels like the right fit, we’ll recommend the best program for your goals and help you get started. If you need time to think about it, that’s completely fine too.
