Hyrox Training Club
As a Hyrox Training Club, RSHP is a specialized fitness facility focused on preparing members for Hyrox competitions. We offer structured training programs that combine running with functional workouts similar to those found in Hyrox events. Training typically includes exercises to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness, such as sled pushes, rowing, and other high-intensity interval training elements. The goal is to help participants build the skills and conditioning needed to excel in Hyrox races. Additionally, Hyrox Training Clubs often foster a supportive community environment, encouraging members to achieve their personal fitness goals and compete in Hyrox events.
Hyrox is a fitness competition that combines running with functional workout stations to test overall endurance, strength, and functional fitness. The event consists of an 8-kilometer run interspersed with 8 different workout stations, including exercises like rowing, sled pushing, burpees, and farmer’s carries. Participants complete each station before resuming the run, making it a test of both cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Hyrox is designed to be accessible to a wide range of fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes, and it emphasizes both individual performance and community.
